SENIOR (IN-HOUSE) RECRUITER - 12 MONTH FTC - START ASAP

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: You'll work closely with the Resourcing Manager leading on all recruitment related activity across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and deliver on end-to-end recruitment activity including sourcing and attracting talent, driving best practice across the business and working closely with key internal stakeholders, as well as our external resourcing partners.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

You must have proven experience of delivering mid to senior level hires in a fast paced environment, with a good understanding of the technology/digital recruitment sector. We are looking for proven experience of direct sourcing, conducting telephone interviews, negotiating offers/fees and the ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively.

Availability: 1 month notice period is fine.
