Page Personnel are supporting a leading manufacturing company based in Burton-on-Trent with the appointment of a 12 month interim HR Administrator role to offer support with L&D and Recruitment administration.
Description
Working as part of a busy HR function, reporting to a HR Business Partner, the role of HR Administrator will involve:
Supporting with Recruitment for a busy manufacturing site - this will include posting adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and supporting with on-boarding administration
Learning & Development - Provide support to stakeholders to understand the staff training needs and ensure all training is coordinated
Maintain staff files and the Learning Management System
Producing HR reports and data analysis
Support the succession planning process by collating and analysing data as requested, which identifies existing talents within the organisation.
Support the HRBP in preparing for succession planning meetings
Support career development pathway programs by being a point of contact, coach and mentorProfile
This is an exciting and varied role offering great opportunities for career development.
Ideal candidates will have a proven background within a HR Administrator role.
