EA/Project Management role to hugely impressive individual in the art world.

It's a very busy role with lots of involvement and autonomy with a real opportunity to learn from the best and develop your career.  It's much more than an EA job - you will be working in partnership with your boss with responsibility for taking on very and interesting varied projects.  The role includes:

• Project work - business planning
• Diary/inbox management, drafting correspondence - ensuring your boss' time managed effectively
• Liaising with Board Members/VIPs 
• Preparation for board meetings
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Strong IT skills

You will be highly intelligent, a self starter with loads of initiative and a calm but creative attitude to problem solving.   Strong and articulate communication skills are essential - both in person and written.  You will need to be confident dealing at all levels and will attend high profile meetings with VIPs where you will take the minutes.  Excellent time management and the ability to deal with shifting priorities are essential.  Forensic attention to detail is also key.

Very open to experience - but it needs to be relevant!  PA/Project management would be ideal.  However, it's all about the fit.
