Warehouse and Systems Administrator

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Systems Administrator.

Our Client is a Food Manufacturing company based in Eastwood

Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing work

Salary: GBP10.00-10.50 per hour , Overtime paid after 37.5 hours at a additional 25% premium

Working pattern:

8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
An occasional weekend may be requiredExperience:

This position will ensure all raw materials are receipted and accounted for coming into the Warehouse, ensure stock accuracy and master data is correct on the master systems. In addition the ordering and management of consumables for the Warehouse and Manufacturing.

Ensure company database is kept cleansed and updated correctly for all Warehouse functions.
Run manufacturing Work Orders picks and print picks for warehouse pick operation.
Transfer all Works Order Raw materials on master system to manufacturing location.
Ensure Warehouse Database is updated correctly with all Master data Input sheets.
Ensure PI Counts are updated onto Master systems.
Deal with ah-hoc requests for urgent company queries regarding stock management.
Perform PI Counts and administration of counts within company KPI's.
Action all manufacturing raw material returns onto master systems and deal with any discrepancies.
Organization of production and manufacturing to facilitate minimal downtime and effective traceability and compliance for BRC.
Carry out other tasks as may be defined that may be required in order to develop the business
Goods Receipt all inbound Raw Materials from Direct supplier deliveries.
Update company master systems with stock figures and vital data from Raw Materials deliveries.
Scan all delivery notes to Supply chain team and save on company hard drive.
