What's the purpose of the role?
The RM Group has recognised that the core operational systems utilised in its People & Culture team (and wider within the Business generally) need to evolve from the current in-house bespoke software towards a more conventional enterprise-wide ERP package centred model. This is to support critical business objectives in the areas of: enhancing the Employer Value Proposition, making it easier to interact with People & Culture, as an employee and a manager, process integration/efficiencies, the driving of business value from data and to support the Business Strategic direction of growth, being purpose led and people and output orientated. This has resulted in the establishment of a series of Projects within the People & Culture space and wider Business to progress the integrated strategic systems and associated business transformation and change delivery.
Business outcomes (role in support of)
* Process simplification - decrease the complexity of within the key People & Culture process, from recruitment, onboarding, talent, performance management, communications, leadership development and wider talent development
* Common processes - deliver more consistent/common, consolidated processes across the RM Group, including within the 3 main territories that the Group operates in, UK, India and Australia
* Product/Customer model - put the Customer at the heart of all the developments and make the experience as frictionless as possible, whilst offering the spectrum of services and products that would be people leading for a FTSE 250 organisation
* Create efficiencies - reduce the resource intensive nature of some RM services, processes and administration
* Best practice - adopt practices and procedures closer to relevant industry best practice; where possible and where consistent with other business priorities
* Reporting & Analysis - improve data visibility to enable data led decision making - understanding the critical information required to support Leadership thinking
What does the job entail?
The BA role is responsible for the hands-on analysis, process design and process change identification across People and Culture team. The BA will facilitate/hands-on deliver, the detailed progression of the processes and "operating model designs", and be specifically responsible for marrying the business process design, business informational data model and the detailed solution design. The role will contribute to, and support, business process design, impact assessment and business change planning. This covering the all the core processes of within the People & Culture Division.

* Confident enough to suggest the "best way" based on experience or challenge the status quo
* Self-starting, but not unpredictable enough to require a high-level of supervision
* Flexibility in working practices and the ability to adjust approaches to best meet the demands of the business/people/project
* Strong ability to empathise with the individuals' situation and operate in a supportive way
* Excellent ability to communicate with non-technical persons, business owners and suppliers
