As our production line administrator, you will report into our production line team leaders and production management, and will focus within the production function providing efficient and effective support across the assembly line, with primary focus and responsibility for IFS timings and bookings.

The role will provide specific support to production team leaders through data collection, as well as any adhoc administration tasks to support the wider production and planning team.

About you:

* Competent in the use of IFS and the creation of Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents

* Experienced in maintaining central electronic filing systems and processes for administration and control, advantageous

* Confident with IT and software packages, however full training will be provided in the packages used by LGMH

* Awareness of the requirements for data protection, money laundering and health and safety

* Previous administration experience - 1 to 2 years

* Experienced in working in a high paced environment, with changing priorities

* Able to independently prioritise in an orderly and systematic way

* Able to adhere to deadlines, monitors progress against deadlines and milestones

* Adaptable to change and able to be flexible in approach to work
