Corporate Receptionist/Assistant PA (W1) We are looking for an outstanding Corporate Receptionist/PA to join this hugely successful firm who are the largest in their field. Joining this international privately owned organisation in their fabulous London office, you will have an opportunity to develop your Front of House, PA and Events experience. You will adore meeting people, being front of house and also want to take on PA duties and progress over time.
The hours are 8.30 am to 5.30pm. The team are returning to the office on a flexible basis following lockdown restrictions and you will be happy/wanting to be based in the office to ensure the smooth running of the front of house function.

To be considered you will have Front of House experiences of 1-2 years minimum, PA/Team Assistant experience or a secretarial/PA qualification (preferred but not essential), have a strong level of education A-level and above, be immaculately presented and well spoken, be confident and have the energy and personality suited to meeting and greeting senior executives and high profile individuals with poise and a huge smile!
Daily you will liaise with your colleagues across the front of house, facilities and EA/support team to support the London team with incoming calls, email management, diary and meeting organisation (across multiple time zones) including video conferences and events, meeting and greeting guests, providing refreshments and supporting the Executive Assistants/Office Manager with travel arrangements (national and international), document production, running errands, stationery orders and more!
