Associate Consultant
Permanent Division – West End

Job Summary
Training will be provided for the below. Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: -
Candidate care and Generation
• Assisting and shadowing consultants with tasks to learn and develop skills
• Assisting Consultants with CV formatting and registering candidates
• Resourcing and interviewing candidates, fact finding and building strong rapport
• Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitment
• Screening CVs and responding to candidates’ job applications and query emails
• Uploading candidate information on to our CRM accurately
• Effective Itris searches
Relationship Development
• Researching and approaching clients with the services that Tiger Recruitment offer
• Building on and expanding existing client relationships
• Achieving monthly targets of £10,000 (No billings expected in first 3 months whilst training)
Client service levels
• Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for
• Meet with all active clients to take face to face briefs when and where possible
• Constantly building relationships with clients and developing business whenever possible
Administration (some of these tasks are listed above)
• Document and CV formatting
• Writing candidate profiles
• Keeping administration up to date on the CRM
• Provide ad hoc assistance to consultants with their roles (e.g. CV formatting and registering candidates).
Positive team player
• Working in a transparent and ethical way at all times, representing Tiger Recruitment in a positive light
• Building strong relationships internally and working as a team
Skills/ Experience Required
• No previous experience required
• Willing to learn and an enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive demeanor with lots of energy
• Strong organisational skills
Benefits
• 25 days annual leave on pro rata basis (one day to be taken over Christmas, where the office is closed over the holiday period)
• Private health cover after probation period
• Mobile phone after probation period
• 4:30pm finish on a fortnightly basis
• Flexible working hours after probation
• Team away days
