Job Summary
Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: -

Candidate care and Generation
• Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitment
• Screening CVs and updating candidates on the process of their application
• Uploading candidate information on to Itris accurately and consistently within 24 hours of registration
• Telephone screening candidates and inviting in for registration
• Thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapport
• Continually network with candidates to generate recommendations
• Responding to candidate job application, query emails or messages promptly. All messages must be returned by COB same day
• Effective Itris searches

Business Development
• Researching and approaching clients with Tiger Recruitment services
• Building on and expanding existing client relationships
• Using your initiative to utilize your network for new business development
• Achieve your KPIs as set out in the Business Development Guidelines
Client service levels
• Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for
• Meet with all active clients to take face to face briefs when and where possible
• Constantly building relationships with clients and developing business whenever possible
• Offering market knowledge, salary benchmarking and any additional information your client may find useful
• Consult and influent client when and where possible in order to gain client control

Excellence/consistency in billings
• Utilising your candidate knowledge and the database to produce shortlists for roles
• Preparing candidates for interviews, coaching them where necessary
• De-briefing candidates after interviews and ensuring you are aware of all other roles, they are looking at to manage the process effectively
• Closing candidates and offering advice around counter offers
• Hitting individual monthly targets

Administration
• Keeping administration up to date
• Scanning candidate information on to the system
• Photo copying passports
• Document formatting
• Managing portals for clients
• Drafting job specs for clients if required

Company innovation
• Consistently offering ideas and suggestions around marketing, technology, PR and events that would be good exposure for our brand
Positive team player
• Working in a transparent and ethical way at all times, representing Tiger Recruitment in a positive light
• Building strong relationships internally and working as a team

Skills/ Experience Required
• Previous demonstrable recruitment experience.
• Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills – the ability to influence
• Positive demeanor with lots of energy
• Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
