At GKS Recruitment we are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is a standalone payroll position and covers processing the payroll from start to finish. Reporting to the Company Director. The role has responsibility for accurately recording and processing payroll.
This is predominantly a full-time position however part time would be considered for the right candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities :
* Process and run weekly payrolls (PAYE)
* Use of external timesheet systems, to then be imported into Excel.
* Answering queries such as under/overpayments (be able to provide a breakdown of payments), questions about P45s & P60s, general queries, etc
* Calculating payroll amendments, adding new starters, processing leavers and holiday entitlement/payments
* Data entry
skills and requirements:
* Attention to detail - this is key when processing payroll
* Good with numbers
* Problem Solving
* Excellent Excel skills
* Basic knowledge & understanding of the payroll process
The role is based in Didcot and would require you to work in the office for your working hours.
We would be looking for an immediate start if possible
