Seeking a Contracts Administrator to work for a family based construction company.
This role is vital in helping us maintain our established reputation for quality, customer service and safety.
Key responsibilities will include:
The main elements of the role are to:
* provide administrative support to assist and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* prepare orders and obtain quotes using the Company's current software.
* check all timesheets from subcontracts in preparation for invoicing.
* attend site meetings when required and take minutes of meetings.
* prepare monthly waste reports.
* assist the Directors with any ad-hoc duties.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* accuracy of processing
* meeting processing deadlines - ie project start dates
* maintaining effective communication with all departments

* Good negotiation / communication skills
* Computer literate (Excel, word, outlook)
