Office Manager

Our client is a leading healthcare investment company based in fantastic offices in Central London.  This is a maternity cover to work as Office Manager and EA to the CIO.   You will be working in a collaborative and fast paced environment working with highly accomplished and qualified individuals, keeping the office running efficiently and effectively, dealing with any facilities issues and you must be highly tech savvy, where no job is too big or too small!  They need a multitasker and someone who has the ability to prioritise, be extremely proactive and have strong organisational skills.  You will be of the team spirited nature, able to remain calm under pressure and provide greatest discretion.  This is a brilliant opportunity for an experience Office Manager and Senior EA, your role will involve

EA

• Extensive diary management
• Supporting and organising the day-to-day activities of the CIO
• Fielding calls/telephone liaison with VIP’s, potential investors and general
• Booking travel including complex itineraries working across time zones
• Meeting preparation and co-ordination of agendas including receiving guests
• Scheduling video and conference calls across time zones and setting up ahead of time
• Monthly Expenses preparatioN
• Covering other assistants when on annual leave

Office Management

• Day to day operational office management
• Facilities issues resolution
• IT Coordination with Outsourced provider
• Managing starter/leaver process
• Telephones, Waste Collection, Teleconference and VC accounts
• Ordering sundry items for the office
• Central go-to point for the business
