Client Details
A Leading Business Insurance firm with offices in USA and UK
Must be open to working from home 5 days a week
Description
- Take inbound calls from prospective customers who have generated quotes, either from one of our partners, a comparison website, or directly from our website
- Take inbound renewals calls from existing customers, supporting them in arrange insurance policy renewals
- Take inbound service calls supporting existing customers with a range of post sales support including policy changes, cancellations and general queries, addressing any customer needs and concerns
- Follow the complete sales, service and renewals processes through to completion, ensuring card payment details and direct debits are completed accurately
- Adhere to all compliance and quality standards including FCA Regulations and GDPR
Profile
- Is highly motivated by and passionate about sales and service and has solid experience in both - ideally within business insurance experience
- Is computer literate with the ability to multi-task and use multiple systems at any one time
- Is highly resilient and able to maintain attention to detail and focus whilst working independently
- Is adaptable, willing to learn and open to change, understanding that processes and products will continually evolve
- Has good active listening skills, and has the ability to recognise and understand different customer needs, treating each customer as an individual
- Is able to deal with different customer concerns, questions and objections ensuring that all interactions result in a positive experience for the customer regardless of the outcome of the call
