Role: Personal Assistant/House Manager

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9am – 6pm (on-call 24/7)

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 gross per annum (DOE)

Location: Knightsbridge, London

We are looking for a Personal Assistant/House Manager, for a full-time position working for an UHNW family in Knightsbridge, London.

During office hours (9am – 6pm) the Personal Assistant/House Manager will be based either in the family office or at their property.

You will however be expected to be on-call outside of office hours and be available to take calls and respond to emails remotely. You will be responsible for providing a mix of business and personal support (predominantly the latter). You will manage the family members diaries, social calendar and appointments, make reservations, book tickets and schedule social engagements. You will assist with all worldwide travel, events, personal shopping, household staff management and errand running.

You must have a meticulous eye for detail and excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to use your initiative to work to the highest level.It is very important that the Personal Assistant/House Manager is committed, professional, and extremely efficient and well organised with a highly professional approach. You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to address any obstacles you may be presented with. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with demonstrable experience supporting an UHNW family and running their household. Ideally you will have a little black book and be very resourceful; good at multitasking.

  • Errand running
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and willing to work with a rapidly changing set of priorities

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant/House Manager for an UHNW family in London
  • Possess (/be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS check
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Be eligible to work within the UK
  • Have a valid passport
  • Be fluent in English Language
