Role: Part Time PA

Days: Monday – Friday 

Hours: 18 - 20 Hours per week

Salary: £30 - £40 an hour

Location: Marylebone, London

A longstanding client of ours is looking for an experienced Private PA to join a family in Marylebone. You will be required to work from both the family home and from your own home and the hours will vary from week to week. 

The PA will be required to help with all manner of tasks from managing the household staff, addressing property maintenance issues and managing the family’s vehicles to booking their worldwide travel, manage diaries and the children’s schedules. You will need to be jack of all trades with a good black book of contacts and will need to know London very well.

This is a fast-paced role so the ideal candidate will need prior experience in a similar set up. Most importantly, the family would like the candidate to be very flexible with their hours to assist as and when. Though part time, the family would like to fill a long-term position.

Salary will depend on the candidates experience and qualifications.

The duties for the role will include;

  • Household staff management
  • Property management and maintenance
  • Co-ordinating all family travel, hotel arrangements and flights etc
  • Maintaining the family’s cars
  • Managing multiple diaries
  • Booking all appointments, tickets and reservations
  • Liaising with the children’s schools
  • Gift purchasing
  • Errand running
  • Collating and submitting all expenses

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a PA within the family home 
  • Have a valid passport 
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Be degree educated
