An innovative and world-leading Investment Management firm based in Central London needs an exceptionally organised and experienced Operations/Office Manager to join its collaborative, hardworking and impressive team.
This busy, varied and important Hybrid Operations Management role – includes:
- HR - Manage work rotas, sickness/absences, organise temporary staff, holiday approvals, appraisals and managing any performance issues.
- Facilities - oversee all office facilities and regularly review and monitor team processes.
- Building Management - manage relationships with fellow tenants, security, maintenance, attend meetings
- Travel - oversee travel booking procedures for staff organise travel bookings for visitors, board members and overseas staff
- Compliance/Insurance
- PA to Group Finance Director + diary management (10%)
- Arrange meetings inhouse/externally
You need::
- 5+ years relevant operations/office management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated, able to prioritise, forward plan, work to deadlines
- Flexible team Player - no job too big/too small
- Bright/on the ball.
- Discreet
- Travel experience - with an understanding of airfares
- Strong IT - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
