Team EA - Ongoing temp

EA - On-going temp assignments until March 2022

A leading and dynamic global management consulting firm based in central London is looking to recruit several Team EA's on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an extremely busy and varied role giving you the opportunity to move around the business and support partners with a variety of Team EA duties keeping you busy from day to day.

Looking for at least 3 years experience working as an EA  supporting 3-6  senior level executive/partners within a Management Consultancy or Financial Services. Must have worked in a client centric environment where there are constant changes, last minute meetings across several business lines.

This is a team orientated role that sits alongside other EA’s in the business. This position would suit a detail-driven individual with excellent technical skills and a willingness to take on anything thrown their way. This is a very organisational role and in an extremely fast-paced environment.

EA duties include:

·Extensive multiple diary management

·Arranging and rescheduling client and internal meetings with large numbers of both client and internal stakeholders - therefore an agile, can-do calm attitude is essential!

·Organising domestic and international travel arrangements when appropriate

·Preparing and submitting time & expense reports

·Maintaining & updating Partners' client contact information

·Drafting and archiving correspondence

·Screening telephone calls

·Attending team meetings as necessary

·Cover for colleagues within immediate team and group as a whole

·Organising team dinners and events

This role would suit a Team EA with previous experience of working in a busy, deadline-driven environment and this person will need to be quick to remember and very on the ball. You will have experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment and have excellent IT Skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
