Finance Administrator
Telford
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Up to GBP26,000 +Contributory Pension + 31 Days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays + Company Sick Pay + Employee Discounts + Well Being Support + Cycle to Work Scheme + Life Assurance
Finance Administrator required for a very successful and well established manufacturer who have had huge success and are continuing to grow. This is a great opportunity to work in a team that offer great benefits and job security.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills within accounting/finance. In this role you will also contribute to some HR duties such as issuing employment contracts and processing payroll. Any experience in this field is highly advantageous. Additionally, candidates with similar experience within a manufacturing environment are also highly encouraged to apply!
The Finance Administrator role will include, weekly and monthly reporting of all accounting information, as well as ensuring the processing of sales and purchase invoices. Additionally you will also be required to up keep and report with all site KPIs and deal with any queries relating to accounts. As mention this role will also include HR & Payroll duties meaning you will need to be able to prioritise and mange workload in a fast paced environment.
The Accounts Administrator role:
* Weekly and monthly reporting of site accounting information
* Report site KPIs and identify key drivers
* Payroll and HR administration duties
The Accounts Administrator:
* Strong and experienced finance/accounts administrator
* Previous HR administration and payroll experience
* Computer literate
