If you have reception experience within a private healthcare setting to include clinics which offer high-end cosmetic procedures, and you're available to start immediately (namely you can't be on notice in a current role), read on. Our client is a leading high-end private members medical clinic in central London that provides a 24/7 five star service to their exclusive members with all the latest medical technology.
The clinic is looking for an experienced receptionist/bookings administrator to join their front of house team to deal with the administration of their Covid-19 testing services. Hours will be shifts of 7.30am to 3.30pm and 11am to 7pm which will be on a rota including weekends.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working in the private medical sector and be used to working in a very busy medical practice.
Duties will include:
- Taking calls relating to Covid tests and appointments
- Telling patients about the services on offer
- Assisting patients with booking appointments
- Taking payments and ensuring patients have all the information required
- Maintaining medical records and updating the medical database
- Working with the rest of the front of house team to ensure the smooth running of each day
