A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Virtual Assistant to support the busy founder of a growing lifestyle fashion brand on a part-time basis. This role will be for approximately 16 hours per week, ideally with hours spread across Monday-Friday or with 1 full working day and the rest of the hours spread across the other 4 days. This may increase over time.

Candidates must be set up as self-employed Virtual Assistants in order to be considered and will ideally be based in the London area as travel into London and the surrounding areas will be required up to twice a month initially.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • PA support to the founder, including but not limited to diary management, organising meetings, booking travel and accommodation
  • Company administration – including raising invoices, sending out invoices, preparing of documentation etc
  • Assisting with social media duties such as creating posts and content to be posted across the brands social media platforms
  • Communicating with the brand’s ambassadors & influencers, including confirming attendance to events, arranging their logistics/travel, inviting to photoshoots, making sure they’re producing user-generated-content as agreed
  • Managing the brands inbox and replying to emails
  • Assisting with the organisation of events – planning logistics, liaising with third party suppliers and guests, attending company events


Person Specification:

  • Set up as self-employed
  • Previous PA or Virtual Assistant experience
  • Tech savvy – competent using Canva. Strong Adobe Suite skills would be hugely beneficial
  • Confident working with social media platforms such as Instagram
  • Proficient using iPhone cameras for ad hoc photos during events etc
  • Fun and friendly personality
  • Confident and ambitious
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to use initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable liaising with all levels of seniority

Hourly rate will depend on experience.
