My client is a highly reputable Research Company looking for an experienced and passionate Learning and Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They have had PE backing and are now entering a period of rapid change and growth. The role is largely home based, with 2-3 days in the office as you see fit.
The key role responsibilities include:
The key role responsibilities include:
- Own and add value to the the full Learning and Development function
- Design and Deliver a full training programme on change management and adapting to change
- Line-manage, build and develop your L&D Team
- Design and Deliver the E-Learning Programme
- Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion team to ensure you cover relevant EDI content
- Devise and deliver a full management and leadership coaching programme
- Working closely with all areas of the business to understand their training and development needs
- Providing support, guidance, and advice to stakeholders within the business, on all L&D matters
- Design department specific departmental training where needed
- Proven track record working in Learning and Development roles, ideally at lead/manager level
- Experience in devising and delivering comprehensive and expansive L&D programmes
- Experience working within a PE backed organisation – desirable
- Impeccable stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate conflicting priorities
- Credible, with gravitas and a personable can-do approach
- A genuinely collaborative person who likes to muck in and work as part of a wider HR team
