Calling all Finance/NHS admins in the Manchester area. Are you looking for a new full time contract vacancy, Do you have experience with Finance, the NHS and various admin experience.

Rate of pay: 12.10-13.38 LTD
Hours: 37.5
Length of Contract- 12 Weeks

Job role:

Developing and administering systems to support the smooth running of governance groups and committees
Planning and organising activities and own day-to-day work
Providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to team members, including preparing correspondence and papers, collating, copying and distributing papers and managing diaries
Organising meetings, teleconferences, video conferences and other events, which may include co-ordinating the attendance, organising meetings rooms, facilities and refreshments, making travel arrangements for those attending meetings and preparing attendance lists
Arranging travel and accommodation for staff and committee members
Sending out and processing expense claim forms
Servicing meetings, which will include producing agendas, collating and distributing meeting papers and minuting meetings
Assisting in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures
Producing documents and reports on behalf of members of the team
Establishing and maintaining databases and other records systems (e.g. database of contacts)
Managing and operating information systems, including filing systems
Preparing and collating statistical information
Ensuring safe storage of equipment
Ensuring appropriate levels of stationery and other supplies to the teamCommunication

Dealing with day-to-day enquiries by phone, letter, fax and email, referring to other members of the team as appropriate
Responding to queries, tailoring the approach to meet the needs of different groups/individuals
Regular written and verbal liaison with committee members
Liaising with a range of stakeholders both externally and internally
Managing correspondence for their area of work
Providing progress reports on assignments for which they have responsibility and alerting the appropriate staff members when there are problems in meeting deadlines
Representing the team at operational meetings within the Institute
