We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our National Accounts team at our Head Office in Blackburn. The successful candidate will support the national team with all day to day administrative tasks, including logging and tracking of customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records and producing and maintaining reports.

Here is what a typical day could look like as a member of the marketing team.

Accurate logging and tracking enquiries into the Nationals office.
Preparing packs for our team of schedulers, including archiving drawings.
Assisting with the migration of new sites into a new bespoke IT system.
Running reports from the Nationals scheduling and processing system.
Producing customer quotations.
Checking stock availability for time sensitive quotations.
Pricing up enquiries for third party items with suppliers, applying a mark-up and returning to the customer as a quotation.
Posting samples and brochures to site
Maintain a strict filing system, storing accurate information such as pictures, drawings, client, and costing information that is accessible to authorised colleagues only
Provide exceptional customer service including responding to queries in a timely and effective manner
A small amount of your working week will be spent training to take-off from drawings to further your skillset/knowledge

Skills and experience that could help.

Experience in an administrative role
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, good computer skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential
Experience within construction or construction industry supply chain would be an
advantageous
Knowledge of roofline, composite cladding, and GRP products would be advantageous
