Recruitment Admin for a Sales Team


£10 per hour


7 hours per day between 8 am and 6 pm


On-going temp assignment



 


 


My client are an award-winning financial services company, specialising in FX. Since establishing in the last 10 years they have grown exponentially year-on-year and they’re an incredibly exciting company to be part of!


 


They currently have an internal recruitment team that focus on the sourcing and hiring of their FX Sales Team and they need a Recruitment Administrator to assist with the sourcing of potential staff.


 


What you’ll do:


 
  • Source new candidates to join the Sales Team globally, from job sites such as LinkedIn
  • Messaging candidates on LinkedIn using a template that will be provided
  • Set up initial calls with the Internal Recruitment Team
  • Organise diaries accordingly and send out diary invites
  • Work alongside an Internal Recruiter, who will help train and develop you to the expected standards
 


Who you are:


 
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn is imperative as this will be used on a daily basis
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • The ability and motivation to work from home and with access to your own laptop is essential
