EA - International Law Firm

EA to Managing Partner of a leading International Law Firm based in The City. This is a newly created 1:1 EA role supporting a fantastic boss who is communicative, down to earth, incredibly bright and someone that you can build a strong long term relationship with. 

We are looking for an EA who is at the top of their game. Alongside taking ownership of the Managing Partners diary you will also manage his inbox, using initiative and knowledge to respond and action where possible or escalate to him if required. You will be a true gatekeeper in this sense and very much act as an extension of the MP. 

Alongside organisational and comms support you will also work closely with the Exec team and their PAs pulling together packs, agendas and presentations for board and committee meetings, following up on actions and acting very much as the 'go to' person for his international reports. 

We are looking for someone who has solid experience supporting at Board level for a mid to large sized international company. Ideally you will have prior exposure to having worked in the legal sector, and demonstrate longevity in previous roles where possible. Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential as well as excellent Microsoft Office skills.
