I am super excited to be working for a hugely impressive global Consultancy. Having just moved to stunning, newly refurbished offices, we are looking for a hugely passionate Senior Receptionist to join this incredible firm and manage the ultra-modern and impressive Client Suite.

In this newly formed role, the Senior Receptionist will take pride daily in the smooth and efficient running of the Client Suite, based front of house, working closely with and overseeing/ mentoring a more junior Receptionist. You will be truly valued as the forefront and ambassador of their business, meeting and greeting clients daily, coordinating and preparing meetings rooms and catering for large scale events. You will ensure all Health and Safety measures are met as well as the highest of customer service standards are received by all stakeholders every day.

• Experience working in a busy fast paced Reception or client suite, managing multiple phone lines and visitor management system
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organised, friendly, helpful, ability to multi-task, proactive and a team player
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
