Personal Assistant/ IR/ Events

Highly successful private office based in the heat of Mayfair is looking for a well presented, articulate candidate to come on board and join the team.  This is a great role for someone looking for a busy support role with plenty of opportunity to get involved.  This role includes traditional support elements but more importantly a high level of event organisation and investor relations on a global scale.  As such we are looking for a well organised candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle a busy and forever changing work load.  A confident candidate who is able to work independently is key.  Ideal candidate will have a good level of experience in a similar role - especially on the events and IR side.

Role:

The role will be based in the Mayfair office and will be working closely with the Private PA and business team. 

Typical private support:

• Complex and forever changing diary appointments
• Global travel to include private jets/ hotels
• Meetings and appointments to include dinners, lunches etc 
• Extensive liaison with global contacts 
• Events and assisting with personal interests on the charity side
• Any ad-hoc project and research work as and when requested
• Liaison with internal team

Skills:

Ideal candidate needs to be flexible and available out of hours.  Not necessarily 24/7 but there will be WE contact.
