*Butler/ House Manager for second home in Mayfair, London - £45-50K gpa ***

We are looking for a refined and experienced Butler/ House Manager for a state of the art brand new property in Central London. The Principal lives abroad and visits occasionally between 3-6 months a year in total so you must be flexible and available to be on hand when the Principal visits. The rest of the time you will be looking after the property in their absence, checking the post, booking and providing access for maintenance contractors etc. The property will be finalised within the next month, your role will involve liaising with contractors, managing snags etc and liaising with other staff hired when the family visits, ensuring a 7* standard at all times. 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, you will be the only full time permanent staff member hired by the family and so all communication and organisation will come from you. There will be all sorts of bookings required (from restaurants, personal appointments etc) for the family and so a good little black book of contacts would be beneficial. 

Salary: £45-50K gpa depending on experience and prior earnings
