A brand new Reception role is being recruited for one of our lovely clients in Mayfair with a great office location and fantastic workplace to be part of.
The role is a great role for someone who is bright confident and organised! Ideally, you will have had some experience in a busy Reception role as well as having had diary management experience also.
This is a superb role as you be involved with Reception., Admin support to the HR team, Office Manager and the EA.
Duties will include: Reception duties, setting up meeting rooms, making refreshments and keeping the coffee machine clean, answering calls and taking messages, ordering stationery supplies, organising meetings, and conference calls, sorting posts, assisting the Office Manager, occasionally booking travel and general office admin.
You will have had years of experience within a finance firm in a similar role.
Business-level French or German could be advantageous or another European language, you must have outstanding communication skills, a "can-do" attitude. High attention to detail and the ability to plan and organise.
