Receptionist

Our client, a professional and respected wellness clinic, are seeking ongoing summer Reception cover.

Our client is based in Twickenham and an easy commute is essential for this role.

The hours will be split to morning or afternoon shifts and there may be Saturday cover needed.

The environment is warm and welcoming, this is such a lovely opportunity for a: diligent, well presented and switched-on candidate over the summer months.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• This is a stand-alone Reception desk, so a confident, welcoming and warm greeting is essential
• Discretion and professionalism is key!
• Meeting and greeting the clients
• Answering the phones
• Booking appointments
• Assisting the Therapists with adhoc admin
• Maintain a high standard of tidiness in the clinic reception area throughout the day
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail – uses initiative when the clinic is quiet to keep busy and get things done.
