Human Resources Advisor - Up to £35,000 - Remote

Our client is a data, analytics and consultancy service who operate within the sports, leisure and media industry based in Bath. They are growing out their HR function and are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.

In the role of HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

Using your HR knowledge and expertise to advise all employees and people managers on anything from employment law to people issues. Ensure efficient and effective procedures for the recruitment & retention of employees across the business Interviewing candidates for a range of roles Support the Head of HR and departmental managers to solve challenges and shape and evolve the organisational approach to performance management Support the Head of HR on a wide range of projects and assist in the development and implementation of the agreed HR strategy and action plan Analyse monthly workforce data and provide commentary and HR recommendations as required Mentor the junior members of the HR team, coaching and developing them in their learning of the advisory processes and procedures.

To be a successful applicant for the role of HR Advisor you must have:

CIPD level 5 or above Previous experience working within a busy HR generalist role Up to date knowledge of employment law Excellent IT skills and experience of using HR software A passion for L&D, recognising the importance of investing in the employee to reduce retention and improve employee performance and capability. Ability to work within a confidential environment
