Project manager is responsible for delivering each assigned project on time within budget and scope, ensuring proper planning of related resources and effective communication with management as well as with cross functional and cross geographical teams.

Project manager is responsible for delivering each assigned project on time within budget and scope, ensuring proper planning of related resources and effective communication with management as well as with cross functional and cross geographical teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Drive in the research, analysis and design of our global C&B strategy;
• Review and modify current schemes related to C&B;
• Work closely with main stakeholders to design the best available solution for C&B;
• Implement C&B related policies and process in the company;
• Perform job evaluations including internal and external market compensation analysis to provide appropriate salary recommendations for new and existing positions in our countries;
• Analyse and understand local benefits trends and advise on benefit program design and enhancements;
• Source and propose the best solutions for benefits packages;
• Lead salary survey data submission to participating surveys;
• Perform general HR analytics and create dashboards;
• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external business leaders;

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years C&B experience managing multiple countries;
• Experience of US practices will be considered as advantage;
• Experience working on global data development and implementation, including strategic and executional level;
• Experience working with multiple salary survey data providers;
• Understanding of compensation and benefits legislation and compliance issues;
• Knowledge of HRIS systems;
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to interact and influence HR and business leaders;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office with experience in creating charts and dashboards;
• Proven analytical and project management skills;
• Creative thinking and problem solving, with a commitment to high performance and accuracy;
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
