INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED EA TO SUPPORT FASHION DESIGNER
We have an incredible opportunity for a highly experienced and talented Executive Assistant to support one of the world’s leading fashion designers based in Central London. Working alongside a fantastic team, you will provide first-class support to the principal across all areas of their business life.
The principal is very busy and the role requires a resilient EA who thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle ever-changing situations with professionalism and ease. You will need to always be one step ahead, preempting their need and ensuring that their time is protected, they’re organised and prepared for all meetings and events, and that their working life runs seamlessly at all times.
You will be confident, resilient and professional – but also down-to-earth, approachable, friendly and fun – the existing team are great and are looking for a like-minded individual to come on board.
Usual working hours are from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, but there will be a requirement to be on-call and contactable out of hours. Flexibility to travel on occasion is also a requirement.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Managing a complex, extremely busy and everchanging diary
- Gatekeeper for principal ensuring their time is protected
- Assisting with travel planning and coordination, both nationally and internationally
- Provide business administrative support, including working with highly confidential information and maintaining discretion
- Research and meeting preparation
- Management of gifting
- Correspondence management
- Processing expenses and liaising with accounts etc.
- Assist with arranging events, lunches, dinners, conferences and networking events
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
Essential criteria:
- Prior EA experience working in a fast-paced, demanding and busy role
- Prior experience in the fashion industry
- Organised, highly efficient and dedicated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage everchanging schedules and conflicting priorities with ease
- Professional and able to liaise at all levels
- A team player with open and honest communication
- Discreet and able to maintain high-level of discretion
- Confident and resilient
- Fun with a good sense of humour
- Excellent command of the English language to mother tongue level
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent checkable references.
