Receptionist

Receptionist or Ex-Cabin Crew for London Global Brokers reception, customer service, Meeting Room Booking, Administration, Liaising with VIPs, clients and CEOs on a regular basis, also sometimes covering switchboard. 
A fabulous opportunity has come about working with high-end clients in person and on the phone. Receptionists and cabin crew would be highly appreciated!
The client would be keen on meeting ex-cabin crew or receptionists or candidates who have some strong stable 5* experience.

If you are enthusiastic keen and immaculately presented, and have a warm, outgoing and friendly natural personality, along with a eye for accuracy, with the ability to multitask, then your talents would be appreciated.
Receptionist experience or cabin crew experience would help.

RECEPTIONIST DUTIES

• Screening calls using a switchboard in a warm professional manner
• Meeting room booking using computerised systems and software
• Liaising with boardroom and executives regularly
• Liaising with UHNW clients
• Meeting and greeting clients in reception. Ensuring clients receive VIP customer service
• Liaising with other team receptionists, the catering team and the AV team
• Liaising with the PAs and executive directors on the telephone and face-to-face
• Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
• Booking couriers
• Administration Adhoc duties
• Booking catering facilities - organising lunches and liaising with catering team.
• Having an eye for detail and checking rooms are perfect each time.
