A leading membership organisation requires an experienced Customer Service Advisor to deal with inbound calls and e-mails from their members, providing first line support. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for in-bound customer enquiries via multiple channels
- Dealing effectively and accurately with customer requests and providing advice, support, and guidance on their next steps where appropriate
- Handling information in a confidential, discreet and secure manner, remaining compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
- Successfully delivering business news and change initiatives to customers
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with other Divisions within the Operations Team, as well as divisions across the organisation
- Successfully meeting required objectives and KPIs on an ongoing basis and within agreed Service Level Targets
- Delivering a consistent high level of service
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment is essential
- Microsoft packages - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good listening skills
- Good organisational skills
- Customer centricity - strong customer focus both internal and external
- Ability to meet deadlines
