A rapidly growing international team are looking to hire a friendly, articulate and service orientated Customer Care Consultant. This is a fun, dynamic team with lots of support offered to ensure you hit your potential.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy Customer Care role where you will partner with customers to resolve issues in a prompt and friendly manner! Typical duties include:
  • Helping customers onboard on to your system
  • Updating details which change for your customers to ensure smooth payments
  • Dealing with issues customers might have around their contracts
  • Working with the customer to manage their payments.  
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have experience working in an office and looking for an inclusive and dynamic new role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:
  • Experience with admin duties
  • Strong GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
