Super excited to be working with this well known music company who have grown exponentially in the past year.  They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them for a 4 month FTC.  Reporting into the HR lead, the role would be suitable for someone who has experience gained within a fast paced environment such as media or tech.  

• Provide HR support for the UK acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers
• Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees 
• Supporting with ER issues
• Conducting RTW checks
• Working with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges
• Supporting with the rollout of HR initiatives
• Supporting processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organisational change, and conduct issues
• Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Completing regular audits and any necessary admin responsibilities
