Team PA

Our client, a boutique Investment Management firm in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Temp to Perm PA to support a team of 2 Directors and 3 team members.

This is an exciting opportunity for a PA who can demonstrate and enjoy working at a fast pace where no two days are ever the same.

Duties will include:

• Extensive diary management
• Scheduling meetings
• Formatting and collating documents and presentations
• Taking minutes
• Putting together PowerPoint presentations
• Email correspondence
• Administration support for the team

Our client would like to see candidates with previous experience working within a boutique financial services environment.

The successful candidate must be tech savvy with strong MS office skills.

This is a great temporary opportunity for a PA who enjoys working with a friendly and very close-knit team. Due to the urgency of this role, our client is looking for a Team PA to start in the next few weeks so all applicants must be available immediately.
