Finchley Central / Hampstead

 

Weekly days/hours: Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm

Holiday entitlement: 25 days, excluding bank holidays

Benefits: Bonus subject to individual and company performance; pension, phone, laptop, over time, access to a pool car.

Reviews: At the end of each week for 4 weeks, then end of probation and every 3-6 months, annually thereafter

Our client is looking for a Private PA to come onboard and assist them in their family business and there two girls age 4 & 6 both in full-time school in Hampstead.

Parents are founders of a successful boutique talent agency within the creative sectors.

Your remit will include personal assisting one of the founders in their talent agency providing support in various ways, whilst also maintaining the smooth running of their private life. Will also be required for afternoon school pickup, and chaperone with extracurricular activities and assist with homework.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as Personal Assistant to a company director, and comfortable working from their family home.

Keen to hear from those who have the above experience with excellent organisational skills, good sense of awareness, adaptability to integrate and learn and grow within the position BUT also someone who is not afraid of researching and presenting new ideas to make improvements either in the home or business setting. As you settle into the role and make it yours the founders will have regular reviews with you to see areas in which you can develop and progress further, with external and on the job training.

It is vital that you have had some experience working with children, either in the educational sector as a TA, teacher, tutor OR that of a Nanny/Mothers help as this role does require you to play a dual role with a 70/30 split.  

Both Founders are successful, ambitious and really go above and beyond with their clients expectations and have built relationships with leading agencies & brands that they assist with growing there internal creative departments. As they embark on a new chapter to grow their businesses this role is going to be vital to help create confidence for both to excel at home and at work.

Responsibilities include:

Business; regular daily responsibilities

  •  Inbox + diary management
  •  Archive + Data management
  •  Co-ordinating and booking Talent, liaising with Creative Directors.
  •  Market research; UK, EU and US
  •  Social Media
  •  Event Planning
  •  General Business Administration from HR, Operations and Marketing.

Personal; ad hoc responsibilities

  • Car management – research and updating from Diesel to Electric, managing MOT, insurances and general maintenance.
  • Property management – working with management agents, estate agents, freeholders dealing with maintenance and tenants
  • Holiday, Event, Entertainment + Restaurant bookings.
  • Health and Wellbeing; PT, Opticians, Dentist, Dr, Chiropractor, Beauticians etc

Personal; regular responsibilities

  • Shopping for family
  • Managing children schedules;  educational, extracurricular activities and socials.  
  • Review and maintain expenses

Nanny; ad hoc responsibilities

  • Planning fun activities during school holidays.
  • Planning for seasonal activities such as Easter, Christmas, Diwali etc

Nanny; regular responsibilities

  • Babysitting, weekly or fortnightly.
  • Preparing snack and meal for children
  • Support provide extension learning at home
  • Chaperon to extracurricular activities and socials

 

Requirements;

- Advanced: Microsoft, Outlook, Word and Excel + Smart phone literate to sync calendar

- Degree educated

- Excellent communications skills verbal and written

- Applicants to have eligibility to work in UK

- Able to provide National Insurance number & work as staff on payroll

- Be a non-smoker (from non-smoking household)

- Clean driving license – lives 20-30mins away

- DBS or willing to get
