As our Database & Content Marketing Executive, you will support the Head of Marketing in devising and implementing a lead nurturing process, that continually improves their overall conversion and cost per sale. This will entail full end to end ownership of our content and communications to create an effective customer journey through to sale over time - using marketing automation

Description
This will be a diverse role, giving you the opportunity to learn, develop and be a key influencer in maximising their already impressive growth. As well as generating value from their database you will also be expected to have input into their lead generation activities to improve performance
In addition you will be working with key stakeholders and our technical team to create a solid and effective marketing automation solution/process
A snap shot of your duties will include:
- Building and executing campaigns to drive prospect engagement, conversion, cross-sell, up-sell, and referrals
- Managing and maintaining the email campaign calendar and activity with a view to achieving key KPI's and objectives
- Use analytics and analysis tools to report on campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns
- Write engaging content for customers that aims to nurture them through a buying process
- Have input into their social media activity and facilitate content activity to generate business
- Increase their Social Media footprint, growing engaged audiences across existing and new channels
Profile
If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on developing and maximising sale opportunities through a customer prospect lifecycle, this role is for you
You will have proven experience and proficiency in Marketing Automation technology including building workflows and devising and creating marketing campaigns utilising email and social.
You will be passionate about improving lead generation performance through strong content skills utilising the art of influence on their messaging and be an end-user orientated thinker, who uses insight to determine the right approach
