Our client, an incredibly busy Founder, CEO and author with properties in London, the South Coast and Buckinghamshire is looking for an experienced and confident Private PA to assist with all areas of her private affairs.

Based in London with regular travel to the other properties, you will be an efficient and highly organised PA with the ability to prioritise and forward plan to ensure the smooth running of the Principals personal life.

You will be responsible for everything from Diary / Travel Management to dress purchasing and preparation for events, you will look after the Properties ensuring they are ready for the Principal and take care of all personal appointments and reservations.

This is a varied and ever changing role requiring a flexible, dedicated and loyal Assistant 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage personal Diary and coordinate with Business EA
  • Organise personal appointments such as dentists, medical, hairdressers etc
  • Travel management, book cars / taxis and flights when necessary
  • Manage car eg. servicing, insurance, maintenance etc
  • Liaise with contractors including builders, cleaners, decorators 
  • Take and collect clothes to / from dressmakers and dry cleaners
  • Move clothes and personal belongs between locations as required
  • Plan outfits for events and ensure at the right location
  • Occasionally travel to meet Principal at an event etc
  • Household management; ordering groceries, arranging deliveries, managing staff etc
  • Gift purchasing and wrapping
  • Errand running

Candidates must be / have:

  • Experienced Private PA having worked in a similar role
  • Flexible to travel between different properties at short notice
  • Confident driver
  • Well educated, articulate and personable with excellent written and spoken English
