What would I be doing day to day?

Position: Global Compensation and Benefits Manager

This role is fully remote

Who will I be reporting into: Global HR Director

Key duties:

• Partnering with internal stakeholders to design and operate a reward and bonus incentive program
• Lead and manage multiple compensations programs
• Drive process improvement activities
• Support the executive team in influencing the benefits strategy
• Develop key metrics

Background and experience

• Experience designing and delivering bonus and reward programs
• At least 5 years' experience in finance, compensation, or consulting
• Strong project management skills
