Our client is a very prestigious private members club based in the West End of London. They are looking for an organised and customer focused Events Manager to join their team.



As the Events Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination of and administration for all Commercial and Club events. They are also looking to use their beautiful club for weddings and this will be a huge focus for the Event Manager.
The Event Manager would have one direct report to support with events taking place.

Other responsibilities include:

Producing weekly events schedules and circulate to all department heads.
Conducting tours of the Club for promotional and sales purposes.
Maintaining and updating the Club Meetings and Events Diary.
Holding a weekly briefing with all department heads to discuss upcoming events.
Providing the banqueting team with daily briefings for upcoming events and supply all event details including menus and dietary requirements, room set-up, AV equipment, timings, and special requests.


To be a successful applicant for the role of Event Manager you must have:

Previous events management experience working within a relevant hospitality venue or private members club
Flexibility to attend events in the evenings and at weekends.
The ability to develop collaborative working relationships with colleagues to ensure high standards are achieved at all events.
Good digital skills including use of Microsoft Office packages and Social media.
Good networking skills and industry contacts
