Great new opportunity for a French speaking enthusiastic team assistant to join a prestigious SME Private Equity firm in Mayfair. Ideally you will have worked in a busy role within Finance (Private Equity or similar) where used to juggling tasks calmly in a fast paced environment and with smile on your face! You will have excellent IT skills, proven skills and experience, excellent inter-personal skills. Being a TEAM PLAYER is a must. Company are great with a wonderful collaborative team. To start soonest. Duties will include:-
- Organising international travel
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- General administration to include scanning, expenses etc
- Assist with general day to day office admin
IT matters, stationery supplies, catering etc.
