Our client is looking for an experienced Private PA to assist with all areas of her busy personal life and to manage her central London property.

This is a varied and busy role, you will be used to working in a fast paced environment and have a confident, friendly and professional approach with the ability to use your own initiative.

Experience of working in a private family home supporting a HNW principal is essential

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Property maintenance - liaising with contractors and various service providers
  • Diary management and meeting organisation
  • Invoice and expense management
  • Travel management and holiday organising
  • Household staff management including payroll
  • Booking entertainment and organising events
  • Personal shopping and online orders
  • Liaising with school and managing extracurricular activities for daughter
  • Correspondence management - phone calls and post, and email inbox management
  • Parking and charging principal’s electric vehicle
  • Gifting
  • Errands

Candidates must be / have:

  • Positive, personable, enthusiastic and authentic
  • Reliable, trustworthy, discreet and well-presented
  • Professional, loyal and diligent
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and maintain calmness under pressure
  • A dedicated self-starter who is proactive and will go above and beyond to get things accomplished
  • Meticulous organisational skills
  • Previous Private PA experience working in a household
  • Excellent research skills
  • Competent negotiation and communication skills
  • Articulate with fluent written and spoken English
  • Outstanding checkable references
  • Full driving license
