  • This is such a brilliant Senior PA / Executive Assistant role, supporting a challenging and intelligent bunch of senior Executives who will rely on you heavily.
  • The environment is incredibly fast moving and growing at a rate of knots so we need someone who thrives off change, enjoys last minute deadlines and who has the resilience and intelligence to succeed in a demanding, challenging but very exciting business 

Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team Executives

EA duties to include; 

  • Heavy diary management responding to fast-evolving business needs and ensuring days run as smoothly as possible
  • Organising extensive meetings, calls, lunches and internal team events
  • Supporting meeting preparation; agenda and pre-reading distribution, presentation documents, board papers, reports, proof reading
  • General administrative responsibilities such as shared drive admin, expenses, post
  • Communicating with candidates, key internal and external stakeholder
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Other traditional EA duties as necessary
  • Project admin support in time
