Team EA - £40-£45K - London - 2-3 days in the office
Our client is a global asset management company based in Mayfair who are looking for an Executive Assistant to come on board and support the team!
As Team EA you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and organising complex activities such as meetings, travel (including overseas), conferences and department activities for all members of the executive team.
- Managing all calendar events for the executive team
- Reviewing expenses for the office and the executive team
- Maintaining highly confidential information
- Working directly with company management and employees to fulfil various service and supply requests
- Managing and organise regular and ad hoc internal and external meetings, for the wider team across all time zones, prioritising and re-arranging where necessary
To be a successful applicant for the role of Team EA you must have:
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant within the financial services industry
- The ability to work in a global office environment with flexibility to juggle multiple time zones and tailor interactions/communications with an awareness of cultural sensitivities
- Experience and competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
