LMA are partnered with an established and growing business on their search for a Senior HR professional to join their busy team. This role will be the backbone and support of the team and have a wide range of generalist responsibilities, including onboarding, contracts, recruitment support, leave management, payroll support and employee queries.

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience (7 years+) and be confident to take ownership of tasks and workload. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy supporting a dynamic organisation. Previous experience in a professional global business would be highly beneficial as this role will work closely with colleagues in the US and Europe.
