Team Assistant

Not looking forward to more commuting but equally want to work for a prestigious design company with a luxury product?  Based in a stunning showroom in West Molesey, Surrey (car driver useful), our client is looking for an Assistant to support their Sales team with all aspects of after sales logistics.  You'll become fully involved with their clients, ensuring all orders are completed and shipped correctly with any ad hoc planning essential to maximise your time.   A good phone manner and exceptional writing and IT skills are essential.  Ideally you should have 1 or 2 years previous experience ideally with a design company - post-sales administrative experience from a kitchen or furniture design company would be ideal.

With exciting plans to expand into the US and open a showroom in LA this really is a fabulous opportunity for a local team player to come on board, fully immerse themselves into the team and play an important part in their expansion plans!
