Temporary HR Coordinator

Our client, a global management consultancy firm are seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leader within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be required to multitask and prioritize in order to manage the multiple tasks at hand.

Our client has a huge pipeline of employees who are looking to move to London. The HR Coordinator will be the main point of contact between the employees, the General Counsel, and the Legal team. The successful candidate will be a true lynch pin for the team and will need to ensure that everything runs seamlessly.

Duties will include:

• Managing Visa’s
• Stakeholder management
• Processing applications
• Liaising with the legal team
• Calls with employees
• Data management

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3+ years HR experience and will have previously managed complex visa applications, processes, and policies. All applicants must be available immediately for the next 3-4 months.
